2a-clan Rules
={2A?}= is mathematically a useless sign, but nevertheless it means Too Anxious? and stands for the merciless fight style of this clan. The 2a-clan was founded in November 2004 by the class 2A 2004/2005 of the Münchenstein Gymnasium (Switzerland). The 2a-clan has servers in Spearhead Demo with great mods and very low ping. This contract is valid as long as the 2a-clan exists and from the moment when the 2a-clan leader accepted the membership of the member. You are not allowed to add any “={2A?}=” (2a-clan) tag without having got the submission of the 2a-clan leader. The 2a-clan clan exists since November 2004 and will be here as long as there are members in the 2a-clan. The 2a-clan is free to change this contract whenever he wants. The member has to accept all those following contracts and has to look for the changes. Conditions for joining Contact You need to have Skype or Telegram because we need to have the possibility to contact you anytime. Instead of Skype or Telegram, also a portable phone number is okay. You need to be registered to our forum http://forum.2a-clan.com. And you need to have Teamspeak, even if you have no microphone. Playing You need to play Spearhead at least once per week (on our server). If you are inactive for more than 3 months, you get changed to the inactivity list of the clan(honored members only). Normal members get kicked out of the clan. Player names As a 2a-clan member, you need to wear our tag on all gameservers in the world. It is written like this: ={2A?}=. This little tag must be in front of your name. If an admin discovers that a member didn’t wear his tags, he can take the necessary consequences. If you want to change your [[player name]] you need to make a post on the forum with the request. Don’t change your name without a leader allowed you that. You may get punished if you do it without permission. Every normal member is a Member in rank and doesn’t show the rank in his gamer name. Server administrators Server administrators have rcon rights and are responsible for administrating the servers, you can apply for Server administrator position after you are an official 2a-clan member. If you write an application, it will be verified on the same dates as the trial applications: 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October. Important notice: The 2a-clan doesn’t accept cheaters; cheaters are thrown out of the clan. Members will be checked thoroughly and constantly. The 2a-clan wants the members to be nice and polite in every case. Rights * All 2a-clan members are noted on the memberpage * All 2a-clan members can play in clanwars if they want If you like to have more rights, you need to get a higher rank by paying us 25 Euros. Please visit our site for more information about that. Note The 2a-clan leaders are always opened to help you, but please don’t forget that it is not their job to make your life better. The admins always try to make their best, but they are humans like all other players too; so please respect their work and be politely. 2a is not a service for people! It is a clan where everyone has to give and to take. Only join us if you are sure that you want to stay for a longer time! It is a lot of work for the admins to work out the information of every single member. You need to know that you can only join 2a-clan, and you are not allowed to join another clan after us. If you leave us, it means that you leave Spearhead. It sounds patriotic, but this rule is here for protecting the work of the 2a-clan leaders. 2a-clan members who leave 2a get banned from the 2a-clan server. RCON Rcon rules From Wiki Jump to: navigation, search Rcon means remote control and is made for admins to control their servers. They can control the servers with commands which need to be typed in the console of the game. The rcon user isn’t allowed to type every command in the console. Therefore he gets a tool; the most common commands are included in this tool. Contents

The first 2a-clan server is online since November 2004 and will be online as long as there are members in the 2a-clan. The 2a-clan is free to change this contract whenever he wants. Be careful: If you pay per bank transfer, your bank may take you some Euros for the transfer, as a comission. You only get the rcon when we received 25 Euros and not when you sent 25 Euros! Payment There are two possibilities to pay the bill for using rcon (25 Euros): 1. Paypal Address: paypal@2a-clan.com You need to add additional information to the bill when you pay it: Login: navnetsio@2a-clan.com Kundennummer: 11471 2. Post Send an e-mail to info@2a-clan.com if you intend to pay rcon per postal letter. Rights Every rcon user has several rights for controlling the 2a-servers. The different rights can be changed by the 2a-clan leaders. The 2a leaders can check which commands the rcon user chose. If an admin sees that an rcon user typed another command than the following in point 5 and 6, it is a reason for punishing the player (see 9). Rights on other players The rcon user has the right of making some actions on other players. At the moment those are: * Kick clients * Ban Clients * Move clients to: Axis, Allies or Spec mode Rights on the servers The rcon user has the right of making some actions on the servers. At the moment those are: * Restart servers * Manage a clanwar (by closing the server, changing gametypes and timelimit etc…). These commands are only allowed during clanwars! Good sense Every action that the rcon user does can be seen by the 2a-admins. The rcon users must be able to give a reason for every action they make. Reasons Here are some reasons for the action an rcon user can tell: * Kick clients: Obvious cheating*, swearing several times, spamming the server, constant ping of 999, inactivity * Ban clients: If you kicked a player 5 times, ban him! Bans must be reasoned on viewtopic.php?t=211. If you don’t do it, the player gets unbanned again * Move clients: Even the teams * Restart server: The server was crashed (this will not happen we suppose) (the fact that the light disappears is NO reason to restart the server) * Manage a clanwar: If there are more than 6 members (of 2a-clan; or 3 2a-clan members vs 3) online and if they can stay for more than 30 minutes, you can start a clanwar Be careful: Cheaters aren't easily to catch. Only kick if you are absolutely sure (after checking with Mohaa.net tool). Punishment If a leader of 2a thinks that an action was unreasonable, he can punish the rcon user if he has proofs for the bad action (other clients complaining or the log file). After the first bad action, the rcon user is not allowed to use rcon for 5 days. After the second he will loose rcon for ever on the 2a servers.
